"This apartment is on the ground floor - and you can charge your electric car just from the window. It's equipped which everything you need for cooking, ironing, drying, washing machine, coffee machine, heater and cooler. It's at Magnan tram station - 10 min walk from Old town and 2 min from the beach, one minute from Carrefour and minutes from promenade. Very silent location because it's inside the yard. Spacious."

"I did not like neighbor above - someone uses high heels to walk in the middle of the night. Very large pillows (as for my taste), would like to have broom for cleaning the floor and more vine glasses variety as recommendation:-)"

"The apartment is located in an excellent location, one minute from the sea, wonderful ambience of the old town. The apartment has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. The apartment is neat and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Our host Lukas was excellent, we were in contact about getting the key and leaving the apartment, and during our stay we received some tips on how to spend time in Nice. The relax armchair is the best thing that exists in the facility, I spent two rainy days enjoying its comfort."

"I don't know what the facility looked like before. I myself was very skeptical because of the bad ratings, but I think the rating is imperceptibly low. The apartment is really great, it was renovated in my opinion 5 years ago. The building in which the apartment is located must be over 100 years old and the stairs are circular like climbing a tower, which is also interesting. The building is very neat inside, it is not ruined considering how old it is, but that is the charm of staying in the old part of Nice. If you are not in good shape, it may not be a good option, but we managed and with two small children it was no problem when the location is so good. It would not be bad if the host leaves a bottle of liquid soap. Please note that you must pay an online deposit of 300 euros immediately before arriving at the apartment."

"L’appartement est très joliment décoré, avec goût, un petit côté vintage qui nous avait tout de suite charmé sur les photos ! Emplacement très pratique, à 5 min du tram, des plages et donc tout peut se faire à pied sinon ! Hôtesse d’une gentillesse incroyable : disponible en permanence, de très bons conseils, bienveillante, à l’écoute et aux petits soins ! Les cadeaux de bienvenue étaient très appréciables, et les serviettes, brosses à dents et autres équipements à disposition sont également très agréables. Le lit est également très confortable !"
